Science is our daughter's favorite subject. Add in God and Scripture to the mix and we get a super favorite subject! This is exactly what the book by Louie Giglio, "Indescribable: 100 Devotions About God & Science" brings to our table.
This devotional is beautifully illustrated by Nicola Anderson and brings a solid perspective to children about God and Science that is biblical and scriptural. Each devotional has a catchy title followed by a scripture verse. The context intertwines Science facts with scripture verses to back them up. At the end of the devotional there is a small but relevant prayer followed by a Be Amazed snippet which adds more cool facts for the day.
I personally find this book very engaging, fun, scripturally sound, and educational. Our daughter, who is 11, absolutely loves this book! Her favorite part is the Be Amazed facts.
Another positive about "Indescribable" is how versatile it is when it comes to age groups. It is a very convenient read for kids of multiple ages! Everyone in your family or study group will enjoy it! I thoroughly enjoy the book myself! I learn so much along with my daughter and we both love it!
